  • 3 miles on the TM, still at a very easy pace
  • 2 x 1 min planks...I was determined to make it to 1 min this time!  I've been trying for a week or two now.  I think my abs are fully back together and functioning normally...crazy that they can separate and then come back when the baby is out.

Last night I had the feeling that I was just about fully recovered.  I really want to be able to run more days this week and start increasing my mileage.  I hope it sticks!  I want to get this thing started. :)
