  • 30 minutes stair climber (level 7)
  • 2200 meters row machine @ level 8 for 11 minutes total.  Worked really hard to keep the pace at 2:30 minutes per 500 meters.  Tough workout, my back and arms are tired!

Allie's Wedding Bells 5K tomorrow!  My plan is to avoid going out at the start as if I'm still in 2010 and 20 lbs lighter so I don't embarrass myself and get too winded to finish at a decent pace. :)  I'll probably shoot for about 9:30 AP.  It's sad that I'm that slow right now!  Maybe I'll surprise myself and be faster --or slower- ...we will see!

Have fun at the 5K. I bet you will be faster. :)

Thanks Scott! I hope so. I say 9:30 because my runs on the TM and outside with the jogger have been around 10 or 10:30. So maybe once I'm outside without the jogger and once I'm warmed up I'll be faster.
