  • 5 mile run at the gym.  I really do not like the treadmill...to be honest, I kept stopping to walk or stand on the sides (because what I really wanted was to get off the stupid thing).  I was so tempted to hop off and drive up to Park City to fresh air since I had the car today and I was ready for a good run....but I refraaaaainnnnnned...  Ugggh.

It is ever so tempting, I hear ya!!! I have to give myself guidelines as to when I can get off for a drink. I never drink when O run outside, but all I want is a drink when I am on the TM because it is a break!

Here is to hoping we get some snow to clear the air! Cache Valley was GREEN today, we could all move there.

I need to figure out how you do 11 miles on the TM (like today), that is amazing! GREEN air sounds great, we need a storm! Hopefully it comes sooner than Thursday!

When we ease in to winter, it is hard BUT by this time of the year I am used to it. I am just not a fan of the cold, I will not run by myself in the dark (and my husband cuts back his miles in the winter and does them ALL at work while being paid), and....actually, there is not a 3rd thing. ;o) It is an acquired taste for sure. Sometimes I hate it and have to jump off and do a mile or two on the track to break it up, but most days I am fine. I just need some good TV and someone to talk to is always nice as well!!!!
