Great run! I bet it was cold out there at 7 am!

Here is your physiology question for the day: can a love for running cross the placental/uterine barrier?

19 degrees! I warmed up quick though and it was perfect.

That would be great! But of course, whatever she chooses, (that's what I'm supposed to start saying, right? =0))

Speaking of the love of running. I think I'm going to increase my mileage next week. I have been stopping at 5 because my heel cords on my left foot hurt at around 3 miles. I've tried running with my normal (clunky) shoes for a few runs now and the pain is totally gone now. Bad because I love those Hattoris but great because I think I'll be able to run more than 5 miles and two days in a row! I'll wear my Hattori's again when I'm back to regular weight. So unless I get too worn out or have issues, that's my plan. I'd like to work back to half marathon distance. Maybe you could do a "Matt's Valentine's Day Half" or something? That's your favorite holiday, right?

PS - Great marathon pace half today!

Very nice!!! :)

Glad you figured out the foot pain. :)
