Short-Term Running Goals:
Focusing on cardio and strength training so I can push baby out in record time come early spring '15. ;)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston.
Break 1:40 in the half.
We have a 2 year old girl and we're expecting baby #2. :) I'm a NICU nurse working full-time nights.
45 mins elliptical, avg HR 161
1 hour class called "total body conditioning"....thought there would be cycling, but I had the wrong day. Would rather be running.
50 minute cycling class at the gym, avg HR around 152
