you asked about the millcreek loop -- it is saved under the course tool page as "millcreek loop" if you want to see it on an actual map. i start near 2100 south and 2100 east. i run along 2100 east (becomes 2000 east) until it reaches a dead end (about 5 miles out), at which point i make a little loop around the stop light at 4500 south and then head back the way i came. it's my favorite 10-miler -- winds through a bunch of quiet neighborhoods, has variable terrain and only 3 stoplights (none of which are terribly busy). let me know if you ever want to meet up for a run. :)
